Hello, commenting on parts of a test report is not an accurate way to approach the diagnosis. The whole picture is better than only parts of it. A doctor needs to know the clinical information and all the details of the test reports to interpret them. I can say that well defined and homogeneous tissue means benign in most cases but it would help to have more information like (for example) the size, the shape, the vascular pattern, etc of the nodes. Even the breast findings would help to interpret the appearance of the nodes. If you d like more information then please upload the complete report and provide more clinical information like: - how the lump was found (did it cause symptoms? was it found in a regular visit to the doctor? did your mom palpate the lump herself? what else?) - does she, her mother or sisters have a history of breast cancer? - what does the mammogram report say about the breasts themselves? - does she have other important information to share like a history of cancer (not related to the breast), previous radiation-treatment, hormonal treatment or other treatments with cancerous potential? - her age?
