Suggest Treatment For Lump Behind The Ear

I have a hard lump the size of a 5p coin behind my right ear. It s been there for years but started off much smaller.ive always had headaches but never thought much of it. But I ve now been getting really strong headaches on that side and feels like pressure in that area. Also my right eye is now beginning to droop down in pain and water. I don t know if this is all related. Can you help?
