Suggest Treatment For Lump At The Base Of The Penis

Gday doctor, in the last couple of months I have noticed a soft lump at (in) the base of my penis. I can only feel it when not erect. When erect, my penis gets so hard that the length of the top of it (skin) feels like it is too far stretched and may burst. Painful. I am 65 years old have been married 45 years and have sex about once a week

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion could be cyst if this does not cause any symptoms and not increasing in size then this is nothing to worry, and in case of symptoms and changes in size this may needs some treatment, but clinical examination is must, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
