Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain, night Sweats, pelvic Pain

I had to have kidney stone removal and kidney stent placement surgery almost 3 weeks ago. I still have the stent in, and for the past couple days have been expierensing severe left hip pain that shoots down my leg and up my back, lower back pain, night sweats, pelvic pain, swelling, extream pressure on my uteris and rectum. I've gone to the ER over this like 3 times and they all keep telling me the same thing "its a UTI". I've been taking antibiotics for almost a week and a half, but it keeps gettin worse! anyone know whats going on? i'm scared!
