Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

Hi, I m a 58 yr old female. I ve been having low bk pain last 3 days and look 4/5 months pregnant, and don t feel right. I also have lower belly aching. Sometimes I am nauseous. I m not on any prescription meds. In the past have had diviticulitis and kidney stones. No fever but listless and feel like a whale. Borderline diabetic, 5 4 and weigh 154 to 158. What s going on?

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, we should rule out Urinary tract infection (UTI), renal stone and lumber spine related pathology as all these can cause similar symptoms.
So consult doctor and get done clinical
1. Urinary microscopic examination to rule UTI
2. Ultrasound examination of kidney, ureter and bladder (KUB) for the diagnosis of renal colick due to stone.
3. X ray of lumber spine to rule out spine related diseases.
Treatment for all these is different. So better to first diagnose the cause and then start appropriate treatment.
