Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

My lower back is very sore more when I sit or first get up. This has been three days the second day back was fine right side sore. Now today it is back to my lower back side is fine can t move real fast, sore to bend any solution to what may be causing this?

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having lumber spine related problem.
Your lower back pain is acute on onset and worsening with movements (bending) so possibility of prolapse disc or spondylitis or muscular spasm is more.
So better to consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination and x ray of lumber spine.
If x ray is normal then no need to worry for prolapse disc or spondylitis.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Avoid bad postures in sleep.
Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drug.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
