Hi,

Noted your history about tinging in testes, low backache and wants to know whether this is related to the calcifying gallbladder with stones.
Surely not, such correlation is not known to occur.
Hence we should see for the causes of low back ache which can be due to muscle spasm or so. Take an anti-inflammatory medications, apply local rubefacient liniment and see the results; take rest too.
Tingling in testes can be psychological or related to your sexual desires unless proved otherwise or related with other symptoms of UTI, pain or so and can be confirmed by Ultrasonography of abdomen and scrotum, tests of urine and blood.
As for calcifying gallbladder and stones the best answer is removal of gallbladder by Laparoscopy method.
Thus get all the things diagnosed and treated one by one and have healthy life.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
