Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain Caused Due To Pinched Nerve

lower back pain , lower left side . May be a pulled muscle or maybe pinched nerve : best treatment ? How long does it usually Last ? 58 Years old , active individual. Was very painful for the first 2 days , now gradually easing off , but I still have to move very gingerly

Hi,
If there is osteo-artheritis in lower lumbar spines you should go for x-ray spines and afterwards go for treatment accordingly.
Physiotherapy, short way diathermy and lumbar traction will be of much helpful.
Take vitamin B12, calcium and vitamin D supplements.
go for back extension exercises.
Ok and take care.
