Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Swelling Of Spine

OK I am an African American male I have been having lower back pains for about 3 weeks now but as of 2 weeks ago I having been wiping and seeing blood on tissue. Before the bleeding I was rushed to the doctor where they found that my spin was swollen. What should I do and do this sound like cancer?

Need to know certain things from you like if you had any trauma over the back recently.If yes it could be a hematoma. But if not then better get your blood investigated for routine counts to give a fair idea. Regarding cancer cannot comment at this moment.
