Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Headache

Hello my name is Charlotte. I ve been having pain in the lower back above my tailbone, and I get head aches along with it. I ve been like this for eight days, and it hurts when I stand to long or walk up little hills or down hills. Please can you tell me what is wrong??

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have lower back pain and headache. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like muscle strain , kidney stones , tension headache , constipation , acute kidney failure or fatigue . I would suggest you to take proper rest , avoid lifting heavy things , apply warm compresses to back or take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . If condition doesn't get well then consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order x-ray or CT scan . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for migraine or exertion headache type of problem
