Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Bruise In Leg

I have been having constant pins and needles in my right leg which have now developed into cramp like pains, i've also noticed many bruises down my right thigh/ leg. I've also been having lower back pain. I had spinal surgery on 2 discs in my lower back a number of years ago.

Low back pain and pins and needle sensation in the leg may due to disc prolapse or spinal canal stenosis. Complete bed rest for a certain period of time is the initial mode of treatment in low back pain. Pain can be controlled by medication, exercise, weight reduction, lifestyle modification etc.
take paracetamol 1 gm twice or thrice daily as required initially for some days.
Have an MRI of LS spine done to diagnose spine problem.
bruises in the leg ,I feel, is probably due to some other cause. There are many reasons of purpura.
