Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain After Lifting Heavy Weights

Hi,I have lower back pain for 6 weeks now.I did a lounge weight lifting and suddenly felt a very sharp pain. painkillers do not help at all.Visit to chiro did not help.i had an xray confirming that i have tilted hips,1/2 inch.What do you think might be the cause of the sudden pain?thanks

It may be lumboschialgia which is caused by compression of lumbar spine nerves. you need to do .mri scan and physical therapy for a start. then it can be treated surgically if necessary.
