Welcome to health care magic.

.The history and symptoms suggest possibilities of orchitis - testicular inflammatory condition or epidydimal inflammation.
.You have not mentioned any findings about the scrotal scan - possibly acute inflammatory condition become chronic status.
.It needs a course of antibiotic with symptomatic treatment - which will resolve completely.
.If any urinary tract infection - can also give radiating pain to the scrotum and discomfort, if you have need to get treated.
.As you have planned to see urologist thats good, as it need to examine and give medication accordingly.
