Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Nausea

I have been nauseous with lower abdominal pain both sides since last night and my stomach is distended but not as much as it was. I had a colon resection followed 2 weeks later by an emergency colostomy. 6 mos later a reversal, and in 2013 a ventral hernia repaired with mesh. I am scared it may be a serious problem again. No vomiting or diarrhea.
