Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Frequent Bowel Movement

I have been having constant lower abdominal pain for the last 12 hours. I have no nausea or vomiting. I do feel like I have a low grade fever. I have had several small BM s which do not contain blood or relieve the symptoms. Pain has been getting a bit worse over the last hour.

it can be amoebic cholitis or calculi. take a course of metrogyl and ultrasound kub to be done. consult urologist. with this treatment and investigation may improve.keep under obs er vation exclude uti by culture and sensitivity go for stool examination. may be indigetion and dyspepsia.take tab omiprazol and unienzyme.
