Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Blood In Stool
I m 18 years old I was recently at a doctor about pooping blood he checked my prostate but said its not likely its probably collitus recently I started getting pain in the lower part of my stomach and when I googled it it said it could be colorectal cancer I gotta go get a colonoscopy but I was wondering if it could be colitis and what the chances are of having cancer I am 18 I m 65 and 330 pounds I am active
Dear- your possibilities of colon cancer are low at your age. Hoewever, you can have colitis,bleeding diverticulitis, internal hemorroids or a bleeding polyps. It is important to have a hight fiber low fat diet ,avoid spicy food and try to drink at least 32 onz of water daily. Thanks for using our service DrSara
