General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for the query at HealthcareMagic

If you have 10 days to menstruation, pregnancy testing this early will not give accurate results.
Symptoms you are experiencing can be associated with pregnancy or it might just be premenstrual symptoms.
I recommend that you wait few more days and see if menstruation begins and if not take a home pregnancy test.
There are some test that are available in the market like 'first response' which can detect pregnancy as early as 6 days before missed periods. But testing that early have more chance to give false results.

Hope I was able to answer your question
Please feel free to address any more concerns
Regards,
Dr.Lekshmi
