Suggest Treatment For Low Sperm Count

Hello I m and IT professional,and my wife is housewife. For last few months we are tying for childand also consult with doctor. He prescribe me Zenocin(10 tabs) and CCQ25 (for 3 months). But I had 20 Zenocin and almost 50 CCQ25 tabs still date. But now I m having some dangerous problem, as the sperm amount got deteriorated too much. some time nill. I s a smoker previously but after noticing this I got scared and gaveup cigarate. Please suggest me what should I do to have the normal life. Thanks in advance.

I really appreciate your concern, let me tell you something that pregnancy is natural phenomenon and it is depends upon presence of sperm and ovum at the time of coitus if this is not being fulfill then conception may not possible regardless of medicines, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
