Suggest Treatment For Low Sexual Drive Post Bilateral Salpingo Oophorectomy

I had a bilateral salpinga oopherectomy about 7 months ago and have gained alot of weight and I am having body aches . I do not take hormones because I m afraid of getting cancer. I m miserable and I am 46 and have no interest in sex with my husband. We had a normal healthy sex life before the surgery. I feel like crap to be blunt. What can I do? thank you.

HI
Well come to HMC
I really appreciate your concern, first thing you need to do is come out of the stress, weight gain might not be due to the surgery, of course it is not necessary to have hormone medicine, of course this may not cause any malignancy, but it may not be indicated here, try to bring back your confidence, be positive, everything would be right, try some aerobic exercise, yoga, meditation, and stop worrying, everything would be okay, hope this information helps, take care.
