General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The motility (the healthy sperms that are capable of fertilization) is low and has to be evaluated to find out the cause. You can consult an infertility specialist and get evaluated to look for any causes like varicocele.
If your partner fails to conceive you can consider options like IVF.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
