General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Endocrine causes like low estrogen levels can cause these symptoms. Other possibilities like hypothyroidism (low thyroid hormone) and depressive symptoms can also cause low libido.

It is not related to Diane or femilon.

Consult a physician and get evaluated. A thyroid function test and serum estrogen assay must be done as a preliminary investigation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
