Yes too much masturbation often leads to loss of libido which in simple words means decreased sexual desire as our body gets used to get all the pleasure from masturbation rather then from actual intercourse. What I would advise you is to take your fiance to a psychiatrist and gets his counselling done. The only way to get his libido back is to abstain from masturbation.
