Suggest Treatment For Low Libido And Ejaculation Problem

I am a 41year old man and I am diabetic patient. Now I am taking Glucophage 500mg and Amaryl 2mg in the morning. The main thing is that when the time of intercourse with my wife I am not getting that much pleasure while ejaculating. Can you please suggest any medicine to overcome from this?

It is common for diabetic patients to have low libido, erectile dysfunction ED. Reason for diabetic patients to have this issue
1. Uncontrollable diabetes
2. Diabetic neuropathy
3. Diabetic vasculitis

Cure by
1. controlling diabetes
2. treatment for neuropathy
3. temp use of PDE5 inhibitor will help you
4. regular exercise and yoga

Other reason for low libido
1.     Infections
2.     hypertension

3.     Hormonal disturbances- Low testosterone, low levels of thyroid, high levels of prolactin.
4.     Obesity
5.     High cholesterol
6.     Chronic disease
7.     Drugs
8.     Anxiety.
