Suggest Treatment For Low Grade Fever And Sore Throat
My daughter is 8 she weighs about 50 pounds. She had a low grade fever and sore throat two days ago and yesterday started developed little bumps on her ankles and the bumps have spread to her hands and torso. She is also expressing fatigue. What can this be?

She seems to have developed an infection and you need to start her on a course of antibiotics if needed. In any case you must consult your ENT or pediatrician for the same. You must give only warm water and avoid anything cold
