Suggest Treatment For Low Grade Fever And Rashes

Sir, after 14th and 35 days my 4th gen hiv 1/2 antibody and p24 combo was non reactive. Is it conclusive or not? 1. After 5 days of possible exposure I had low grade fever , rash on whole body mostly on hand and feet and shoulders. Then I went for hiv test and it came non reactive. 2. After one week later I again got fever , rash and loose motion( 3 time in 15 days), sore through , low hunger , stress all time. Then after 35 day again I went for hiv test and again 4th gen combo test came non reactive. 3. After 42 day of possible exposure , I am feeling swelling on neck below chin(swellon neck gland ) , pain in neck , chest and shoulders and still having rash on hand and feet and shoulders and ulcer like in gentle or under garment areas. And on small rash in side the mouth behind the lips inside and some time I am feeling acidity. I am always feeling stress and I am afraid of having hiv. Please look at my comcerns and help me. Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be viral fever.

for fever you can take tab. tylenol. For rashes apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.

you can take tab. loratidine. you may require complete haemogram, urine routine, chest x ray after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
