Suggest Treatment For Low Ejection Fraction

My friend was vacationing in Scicly when he had a heart attack. They Did an sngioplasty but it was unsuccessful. He subsiquently had to be resuscitated x2 . His ejaction fraction is 20 percent. They say he needs a bypass but MD the hospital recommends is vacationing in Canada and is not returning till July 2. The hospital facility that performs the bypass surgery is 70 miles away. His condition is critical snd they didn t think he would make it through the night. Your thoughts please

This patient must be fully stabilized before he is fit for transfer to a bigger center. A doctor with oxygen , cardiac defibrillator & cardiac drugs must accompany the patient. Air ambulance should be requested if possible. If the patient can't be transferred then the cardiac surgeon can be called to perform the surgery here only if possible. Human life is more precious,every thing else is secondary.
