Kidneys: Prior left upper pole partial nephrectomy with stable postoperative appearance. No definite evidence of an enhancing nodule. There is a simple appearing cyst in the interpolar and lower pole the left kidney. An additional sub-5 millimeter low-density lesion seen in the lower pole of the left kidney on image 6 to 74 that is indeterminant.
