Suggest Treatment For Low Blood Pressure, Slow Pulse, Headaches And Dizziness
I have low blood pressure (88/60), slow pulse, headaches, dizziness, shortness of breath when doing anything physical, when lying down I also have shortness of breath, tired all day (I sleep 12-16hrs daily), stiffness in Shoulders and neck, I have high cholesterol over 200, I have high triglycerides over 200 as well, I am diabetic a1c is a 7 down from a 10 three months ago. Also three months ago my triglycerides was over 500and my cholesterol was over 800. I had an EKG about 4 months ago it stayed It was abnormal

You can consider blood tests such as complete blood count and thyroid function tests to assess the fatigue, shortness and breath and imaging of the shoulders may also be needed as well.
