Suggest Treatment For Low Back Pain And Normal Reports

Hi! I have had low back pain for 3 months now. The mri and x-ray all came back normal, stating my back looked perfect. The doctor gave me medical branch block on my facet joints and it did not work. I have been doing physical therapy and every time I leave the office, I am barely able to walk. I leave the office with more pain than when I first arrived. The pain management doctor thinks physical therapy will help with my lower back and now he is stating I have SI Joint pain, which should heal on its own. Is there a way to actually find out if I have SI Joint problem? thank you.

if it is a problem related to the si joint then it should definitely show up on the si joint MRI.
so you probably need to get that done.
