Suggest Treatment For Low BP

HI, My doctor says my blood pressure is fine at 97 over 64 with 71 bpm, but at this range I am so tired and sleepy. I have to drink salty water and bring my pressure up to at least 110 before I feel OK. Whey does he say this is normal? I get so fatigued I can hardly function let alone drive home!

Hello
Welcome here.
I can understand your concerns.
90/64 BP is quite low.
Tiredness and fatigue are due to BP. I dont know why your doctor does think that its normal.

Drinking just plain salty water might cause nausea and vomiting.

Just increase the salt content in your diet.

Drink glucose water to get instant energy.

Also get your blood sugar and hemoglobin levels checked. Low sugar and hemoglobin can also cause tiredness and fatigue.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
