Suggest Treatment For Loud Voices For Head

I have had these episodes where I get a feeling that everything is going fast and noises get lounder, even the voice inside my head is loud. I can't concentrate and I start to panic because its happening and can't calm myself down. I had them a lot in highschool but haven't had any in years but I just had one the other day.
