Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Hearing In One Ear

I have hearing problem, approx 60% lees hearing in Right ear. I took Deza 30 and other medicine for last 35 days. Defza-30 dose was 1st. 5-days 2 dailly, then 1 for next 10 days, then1/2 for 10 days and finally defza-6 for 10-days as suggested by my doctor. When I completed defza-30, 1/2 per day, I tested hearing and found improvement i/e. approx. 40% less hearing. But when I completed defza-6 course, and hearing test shown that again it reverse back to 60% less hearing. My doctor suggerting to increasing defza-30, 1-dailly. Why it happen and what should I do now?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is deafness then this need to be investigated for proper etiology else treating this condition with steroid is meaning less if this is not responding well, in my opinion better to get done the CT imaging, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
