Suggest Treatment For Loss In Bladder Control And Fatigue

I am just about to turn 69 and I m always feeling tired and lethargic. More recently I have developed an overactive bladder and spend half the night walking backwards and forwards to the bathroom. I also drink a lot of water during the day as well as throughout the night and have thick saliva. The only drugs I take are Maxflo (generic) which don t appear to give me much relief and I always get the feeling of never having emptied my bladder properly and I leak. Up until a year ago and maybe more recently I have always been a high energy person, so what could have changed?
