Hi Doctor, my son 1 year and 4 months old suffering from loose motion since last 8 hours.now we noticed that some rashes also been developed on his thigh and but.Due to which he is in big pain..please advice what we should now handle this..now its night 12 AM in my city and not feasible to meet any doctors
