Suggest Treatment For Loose Stool And Flatulence
I was undiagnosed for 4-5Days of twisted bowel resulting in having 2-3ft of small intestine removed. I tend to have loose bowels fairly often &a lot of gas now &wonder if i have bowel issues even though i feel good most of time excepting feel tired fairly often. I look after myself well re diet etc. Would like some feedback.

I would explain that your symptoms are related to indigestion, probably related to the removed intestine.
I would also recommend checking vitamin D and vitamin B12 plasma levels for possible deficiency, probably related to malabsorption.
