Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions And Stomach Ache

Hi Doc, I was suffering with loose motions and stomachache about 8 days back.I took a couple of metrogils but nothing happened.there after I took NorfloxTZ 2 tabs for two days.this stopped my loose motions but in place of spasmodic pains followed a loose motion,I have started having a constant pain and have not been able to pass stool for three consecutive days.Please help

For loose motions you have to continue tab norflox-tz as you are already taking twice daily after meals for at-least 5 days with cap pantop-dsr or cap rabson-dsr twice daily empty stomach for gastric upset with tab cyclopam or tab meftal-spaz twice daily after meals for stomach ache. Take tab nitazoxanide twice daily after meals for at-least 5 days to get rid off completely from loose motions. Drink ORS or vital-z powder or lemon juice as much as you can to maintain your hydration and electrolyte balance.
