Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion

Hi, My Wife is having a problem from past 2 weeks, When ever she eats she goes for a loose motion. Nothing stays in her... Moreover she is always having a heavy feeling and low appetite. Some times she feels slight pain in her stomach and later the grumbling starts and then the loose motion. It is a very annoying factor and she hasn t had food properly for the past 2 weeks. Medication - To Stop the loose motion she has tried having Eldopar and that did not work. On Consulting one of the doctor near home in a clinic also had UniEnzyme but that she has had only one dose. After that pain increased in the night and had 3 times loose motion. Kindly advise what is happening? and also what needs to be done. Earliest reply will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Dear I can understand your concern .
I would like to inform you that there are so many causes of diarrhoea . This acute diarrhoea is most probably because of some infection in stomach .
At this time take care of her diet and hydration status . ORS are easily available over the counter , get that and give her as much as she can drink.
Give her curd and soft diet.
Discuss with your physician about persistent diarrhoea. He will assess her completely and may order some blood and stool test for exact diagnosis .
She may need antibiotics for complete cure but everything should be taken under your physician's guidance .
