General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your daughter seem to be related to a viral infection. I recommend using probiotics daily. I also recommend to use over the counter option like Imodium for the diarrhea. Oflomac forte is an antibiotic syrup which should be given only in bacterial infections.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
