Suggest Treatment For Loose Baby Tooth

My 8 year old boy got his baby front tooth(right) repair when he was 3 years old. Now the tooth is a bit loose, but would came out. And his adult front tooth (right) seem like tried to come out, because we can see a tooth shape form on top at his gum area. What will be going to happen to him, please advise.

Thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. The deciduous or milk tooth should exfoliate at the age of 6-8years. once the milk tooth exfoliates the permanent tooth erupts. if the tooth erupts no treatment is required. if the permanent tooth does not erupt then the gum covering over the tooth has to be exposed by giving a incision. consult a oral physician and get it examined and take a radiograph to see the level of tooth. i hope my answer will help you, take care.

Your son is 8 years old and this is right time for losing his primary upper front teeth. But if baby tooth doesn't come out in 6 months then visit a dentist to pull it out. The permanent tooth beneath will come out on its own gradually but if the primary tooth is there for a long time it may malposition the permanent tooth.
