Suggest Treatment For Locked Jaw
I went to the dentist today to have some work done for a crown my mouth was open to long and my jaw lock up The dentist tried everything but could not get it to close. He wants me to go to a oral surgeon in the morning I have tried heat. mussel relaxers but nothing is helping I have been like this since 6.00 PM tonight what should I do

Read your query as you have dislocation of temporomandibular joint for this you have to consult oral surgeon for tmj positioning . Movements given downward , backward and upward with proper support of mandible .
Afterward you have to take some precautions Avoid excessive mouth opening , take soft diet , Do hot formentation .
