Suggest Treatment For Liver Inflammation While On Oxycontin

For around 15 yrs I have been taking Loratab 10mg now around 90 a mo I quit for a yr and used ibropfin 200mg I ending up getting a liver inflamantion. I feel the generic (watson) just doesn t work anymore. So I quit all pain meds my dr gave me a scrip of oxycontin 15mg 30 a month since I moved and retired and I read they changed them w/ fillers that give you cancer. What would you recommend I have arthritis and one disc in back that occasionally hurts
