Hi...
There are various causes for cirrhosis of liver like hep B, alcohol, toxin. Once cirrhosis has developed there is no treatment that can reverse it but it is very essential to find the cause of cirrhosis, which when treated accordingly can prevent further progression. The only definitive treatment option for you is liver transplantation which again depends on other parameters like liver function test, co morbidities ,general condition of the patient cost and availability of donor.
