Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness And Plugged Sensation In Ears

My ears have felt plugged for days but all of a sudden they got super plugged and my head got very lightheaded and I feel woozy. Head is spinning and balance is totally off. When I move my head it feels like everything is delayed. What can I take to make this go away. I took an Advil cold and sinus earlier this afternoon. I was feeling fine a few minutes ago and then it came on sudden.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Ear problems like infection, allergy or wax cal cause all these symptoms including the spinning and dizzy mess. This is most often viral and would heal itself in few days.

While taking antihistamines like Zyrtec is advised to sooth it but I recommend to see and Ent doctor for best management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
