Suggest Treatment For Light Head, problem In Breathing And Nausea

I woke up at 5 this morning, felt like i couldnt get a full breath, would yawn about every 30 seconds, felt warm, then cold, felt faintish..... then a funny sensation went through me... i woke my husband, told him about it, and we just laid back down with me just trying to relax andd calm. i did eventually fall asleep again. when I woke at 7 I got up for a few minutes and felt like I was going to faint. I laid down for a little while longer, then got up and showered. AFter the kids went to school, I laid down for a bit again. I mostly feel better, my head feels numb and I feel exhausted.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
The symptoms you describe are non-specific and many conditions can cause them.
If this was the first time something like that happen, you don't need to worry.
If I were your treating doctor I would sent you to do some studies to exclude some common conditions that can cause symptoms like these:
-Monitor your blood pressure to exclude either high or low blood pressure
-Complete blood count to exclude an anemia
-Blood sugar to exclude a hypoglicemia.
If this tests result normal and this keep happening to you than I suggest to consult a physician to find out the right cause.
Meanwhile try to rest, sleep enough time (7-8h),eat healthy food more green vegetables and drink plenty of fluids.

Hope I was able to help you.
Take care.
