Hi,

If you're experiencing persistent diarrhea, a lack of appetite, and foamy stool, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. They will be able to evaluate your specific situation and provide personalized advice.

However, here are some possible causes for your symptoms:
* Gastrointestinal infection: Diarrhea can be caused by viral, bacterial, or parasitic infections. These infections are often accompanied by other symptoms such as abdominal pain, fever, and nausea.
* Malabsorption: Certain conditions such as celiac disease, lactose intolerance, or pancreatitis can affect the body's ability to absorb nutrients properly, leading to changes in stool consistency and floating stool.
* Dietary factors: Intolerance or sensitivity to certain foods or ingredients, such as lactose or artificial sweeteners, can cause gastrointestinal symptoms including diarrhea and foamy stool.
* Medications or supplements: Some medications and dietary supplements may have gastrointestinal side effects, including changes in bowel movements and stool consistency.

Again, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional who can evaluate your symptoms, conduct any necessary tests, and provide an accurate diagnosis. They will be able to recommend appropriate treatment options based on your specific situation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. If you require a personalized response, kindly use the Ask A Doctor service and post a follow-up query.
