Suggest Treatment For Leg Paraesthesia While Having Facial Neuralgia

I was diagnosed by my Doctor a week before Christmas with facial neuralgia. I am taking medication which mostly takes the pain away. Two days ago I started experiencing pins and needles in the whole of my left leg. This comes and goes. This morning I was having an attack of it, it hurts quite bad and also my left hand started hurting with pins and needles too. What would this be? When the pain is too bad in my leg I have been taking panadeine forte. My Doctor is not working until next Monday.

Hi
You need an MRI of your lumbar spine to look for a herniated disc that may be pressing on a nerve root. This can wait until you can see your doctor
