Suggest Treatment For Leg Infection After Bunionextomy

My grandmother had an infection after bunionextomy several weeks ago. Her feet have been painful, so much so that she is unable to walk, and there was an infection. She has been on two different antibiotics, but woke up this morning and the skin on her legs was purple. What is wrong?

Secondary infection in the form of complication followed after surgery. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. The perfect antibiotic and anti inflammatory drugs would improve the condition.
