General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Leg cramp could be due to claudication, vitamin E plays the role, less vitamin E in system may be the cause.
Bruise with white center may indicative of fungal infection.
History of hypertension (high blood pressure ) and taking medicine for cholesterol has nothing to do with leg cramp and bruises.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
