Suggest Treatment For Leg Cramps, Distended Veins And Fluid Retention In Feet

I have leg cramps every couple of hours all night long. My veins get distented and begin to twitch or pulse. I have pooling of blood in my feet and ankles. Now the twitch goes all over my body (arms and chest. I don t know if this is vascular or musculor.

I suggest you to take:
1. T. Diclofenac for 5 days
2. Venous USG leg screening
3. Keep your legs above pillows while sleeping
4. Kindly consult a surgeon for further treatment and diagnosis
