Suggest Treatment For Left Psoas Muscle Tuberculosis And Fever

My mother is suffering from left psoas muscle tuberculosis. She is on AKT4 for last 45 days. she started with fever some 70 days before with initially treated for fever with typhoid medicines. But then on Sonography confirmed of the above disease. Now after taking AKT4 and other medicines also her fever is present.

I really appreciate your concern, certain thing need to be ruled out first if this is really Tuberculosis then chances of resistance case need to be ruled out, second there must be some associated etiology which caused the fever, one need to considered these differentia diagnosis, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
